Structural Integration

Structural Integration is a hands-on bodywork method that improves alignment and movement by reorganizing connective tissues like fascia. It addresses chronic pain, mobility issues, and postural imbalances through targeted pressure, manipulation, and stretching. Unlike traditional massage, it takes a holistic approach, treating the body as an interconnected system to release tension and restore balance, enhancing overall well-being. During your session, you’ll gain insight into your unique postural patterns and misalignments. You may also receive a personalized self-care plan and corrective exercises to support your progress and help you achieve your goals.

At the start of your session, a postural assessment will be conducted to help guide the work. Please wear or bring comfortable clothing that allows for movement and visibility of key alignment areas—this will be your attire for the duration of the session.

For women: A sports bra, regular bra, or spaghetti-strap tank paired with underwear or short, flexible shorts.

For men: Fitted briefs or short, flexible running shorts.
